What does the Photo Booth look like?

Our Photo Booth comes in basic black and blends into any décor. 
Are the photos high quality?
With the combination of our State Of The Art digital cameras, printers and computers, Photobooth Rockford provides you with high quality photos.  
Will the photos fade over time?
High quality printer and paper that we use lessen the possibility. The prints are fade resistant and are expected to last a lifetime under proper condition.
 
Do I get a Memory Book of the photos?
A Memory Book is included with each package for weddings and upon request for special events.

Can the photo booth be setup outside?
Yes we do events outdoors, under tents as long as there is a nearby power source. 

Do I get an electronic copy of the photos?  
You will be given a memory stick of all your pictures handed to you at the end of your event.

How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
Our smallest sized booth can fit up to 3-4 adults comfortably. Although with a little creativity, many more can be included in the pictures.
How big is the photo booth?
The photo booth expands to accommodate larger groups if the venue space allows.
Does a attendant come with the rental?
Yes. All packages include at least one on-site Host for the duration of the event.

When do you recommend we rent Photobooth Rockford?
As soon as you decide to use Photobooth Rockford, we encourage you to book it. A $200.00 retainer is required with a signed contract.

How fast do the photos print out?
Less than 20 seconds to print your picture after the session is over.
Do you provide props?
Yes, props are included at no extra charge.  Each prop is sanitized before every event.
Is the photo booth easy to use?  
VERY easy to use. Just follow the easy instructions on the monitor or the onsite attendant will be glad to assist. 

Do we get unlimited use of the photo booth?
Yes. With every package, the "fun" is unlimited
How long should I rent the photo booth for?
The photo booth can handle approximately 40 sessions per hour. If a session were 2 people the photo booth would handle 80 people per hour. 

Can we have the photo booth shut down for an hour or two during the event?
There is an hourly idle charge of $30.00 per hour if you wish to pause photo booth operations. 
Can we choose the color of the pictures?
Yes. You can choose Color, Black and White or Sepia. 

Do you offer any discounts?  
There are discounts available for booking our other services or multiple photo booths. 

Can we use the photo booth to help raise money for our charity, school or church?
Yes. Please call us.

What is your payment policy?
We require $200.00 of the total package price as a retainer.10 business days prior to the event the final payment is due. We accept checks, money orders and most major credit cards.

Do you accept credit cards?  
VISA, Master Card, Discover 
What does the person do once they are inside the photo booth?
They simply follow the on-screen instructions which will entail pushing a button or touching the screen then watching the countdown and smiling for the camera. One of the advantages of our photo booth is that it is very user friendly.

What if there is an equipment failure during the event?
Our attendant will work as fast as possible to resolve any issues. We are pros and work fast to remedy any problems.

Is there a limit on how many times can a person have their picture taken?
No People can come through as many times as time allows.

How soon after the event can we see the photos online?
We will have them up on our Facebook page within 48 hours. 

Are the photos on the website ours to print and save to our computer?
Yes. We do not force you to buy our prints, you may print them yourself or save them to your computer. 

Do you filter the content of the photos placed in the event gallery?
Yes. We delete any pictures that violate TOS or good taste.
Can we remove a photo or photos from the event gallery?
Yes. Just call us and let us know and we will be happy to remove pictures.
What if I don't want my pictures posted to Facebook?
We politely request you do not have your picture taken as we have no way of excluding your picture.
My school, work place or personal beliefs do not allow pictures on the internet.
We are happy to comply with policies and or beliefs regarding internet use and post no pictures.
